Review Zoning Hearing Board application seeking a Special Exception to Section 408(D)(7) of Joint Zoning Ordinance Lower Alsace Township and Mount Penn Borough of 2011 for a proposed addition to Redner’s Warehouse Markets Express located within the C-1 Local Commercial Zoning District within Lower Alsace Township.
