Penn Borough Municipal Authority (MPBMA), has CLOSED the Carsonia Park multi-use field, playground, hockey/volleyball & basketball courts for Public safety. The Crystal Lake walking trail will remain open. Please use caution and exercise with appropriate “social distancing”. Keep safe. All will be reopened when deemed out of harm’s way.
