3. Minutes of September 1, 2021, were approved at a Planning Commission meeting on October 6, 2021

4. Address visitors & reason for attending

5. 1383 – 1385 Friedensburg Road – Requesting a review of a 3-story detached home to be returned to a 4-unit apartment building. Currently being used as a single-family residence. This building is for sale.

Located in the R-4 Zoning District.
