NOTICE TO THE RESIDENTS OF LOWER ALSACE

TOWNSHIP, BERKS COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public meeting will be held by the Lower Alsace Township Zoning Hearing Board (“Board”) on Tuesday, November 19, 2019, at 6:30 p.m., at the Lower Alsace Township Building, 1200 Carsonia Avenue, Reading, Pennsylvania, at which time the Board will consider the Application of Pennside Realty, LLC, for a variance and/or special exception under Sections 1005.E and 804(R) pursuant to the Joint Zoning Ordinance for Lower Alsace Township and Mount Penn Borough of 2011, as amended, to convert existing office space to one additional apartment unit at the property located at 717 N. 25th Street in the R-4 Zoning District. Any person interested in this application will be given an opportunity to be heard by the Board. A decision on the application may be rendered immediately after the hearing.

Any person interested in this application will be given an opportunity to be heard by the Board. A decision on the application may be rendered immediately after the hearing.
