TOWNSHIP, BERKS COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public meeting will be held by the Lower Alsace Township Zoning Hearing Board (“Board”) on Wednesday, October 19, 2016, at 6:30 p.m., at the Lower Alsace Township Building, 1200 Carsonia Avenue, Reading, Pennsylvania, at which time the Board will consider the Application of Nathaniel Halter for a variance and/or special exception pursuant to the Joint Zoning Ordinance for Lower Alsace Township and Mount Penn Borough of 2011, as amended, to operate a landscaping business on property located at 8 Okmed Drive in the R-2 Zoning District.
Any person interested in this application will be given an opportunity to be heard by the Board.
A decision on the application may be rendered immediately after the hearing.
