For approval of a waiver from the Subdivision and Land Development process from Lower Alsace for a proposed subdivision of the property for a lot which is partially within Exeter Township. The Exeter Township/LAT line traverses through the southern section of the property.

Under Section 502 of the Pennsylvania Municipalities Planning Code.

The property is located at 1799 Friedensburg Road in the I-1 Zoning District.
