III. NEW BUSINESS

A. Discussion and approval of the quote from Lee Tree Care for tree removal and stump grinding of 5 trees along Prospect Street in order to properly complete the road work for reconstruction of Prospect Street in the amount of $13,830.00 .

B. Discussion and approval of the submission of a Local Share Assessment Grant application to provide funding for public works equipment for the total amount of $241,927.82.The breakdown of the equipment and the cost of each item are: a 420 Backhoe Loader for $152,000.00: a Caterpillar Model CB2.7 Asphalt Compaction unit for $69,750.00; and a High Flow 24” Planer for $20,177.82.
