SJC Real Estate LLC – 16 Columbia Avenue

The Board will consider the Application of SJC Real Estate LLC for a use variance under Section 406(B). The use variance is for to use former restaurant located in Lower Alsace Township as private gathering location for individuals served through an adult intellectual disability program.
