TREASURER’S REPORT / LIST OF BILLS
Motion to accept the November 30, 2022, Treasurer’s reports.
Motion to approve the payment of the list of bills as presented. The list includes the final payment to Schlouch, Inc. for the 2022 Road Paving project in the amount of $26,648.52.
Presentation of the Resolutions to adopt the 2023 Lower Alsace Township budget and approve Tax Millage rates (to be approved at the December 29, 2023, Township Supervisors meeting).

NEW BUSINESS
Authorization of Letter of Support on behalf of the Mount Penn Borough Municipal Authority requesting through the ARPA H2O PA Water Supply grant program in the amount of $1,580,617.
Approval of Memorandum of Understanding with the Berks County Conservation District for soil erosion and sediment pollution services.
