The Board will review the Application of Nancy Aulenbach for a variance and/or special exception under Sections 405(D)(1) and 607 of the Joint Zoning Ordinance for Lower Alsace Township and Mount Penn Borough of 2011, as amended, to allow the property located at 602 Brighton Avenue to be used as an AirBNB (PIN 23532717006575) in the R-3 Medium Density Residential Zoning District. A Zoning Hearing will be held on October 26, 2022
