A. Planning Hearing Board:

1) The most recent meeting of the Planning Commission was held on June 1, 2022 – review of subdivision of 209 Wilson Avenue. No new meetings of the Planning Commission have been scheduled at this time.

2) As per the Agenda of June 27, 2022 Exeter Township Supervisors’ meeting, the applicant has requested an extension of plan review time in order to address comments by Exeter Township staff.

B. Zoning Hearing Board:

1) The most recent meeting of the Zoning Hearing Board was held on January 31, 2022. No new meetings of the Zoning Hearing Board have occurred, nor have any meetings been scheduled at this time.

C. Antietam Valley Recreation Commission – no report.

IX. TREASURER’S REPORT / LIST OF BILLS

A. May 31, 2022, Treasurer’s reports were presented at the June 9th, 2022, meeting.

XI. OLD BUSINESS

A. Discussion on potential project for use of American Rescue Plan Local Funds – to be discussed over the next upcoming meetings.

B. Review the current status of the use and occupancy permit application for 1383 – 1385 Friedensburg Road.

C. Update on the status of the petition requesting that the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board substitute the Township’s noise ordinance for Section 493(34) of the Liquor Code. Hearing with Pa. Liquor Control Board is scheduled for July 20th, 2022.

XII. NEW BUSINESS

A. Discussion on firearms usage on private property on the mountain, review the existing firearms ordinance in effect within the Township, and the policing and legislative response permitted by law.
