1) The most recent meeting of the Planning Commission was held on June 1, 2022 – review of subdivision of 209 Wilson Avenue. No new meetings of the Planning Commission have been scheduled at this time.
B. Zoning Hearing Board:
1) The most recent meeting of the Zoning Hearing Board was held on January 31, 2022. No new meetings of the Zoning Hearing Board have occurred, nor have any meetings been scheduled at this time.

XI. OLD BUSINESS
A. Discussion on potential project for use of American Rescue Plan Local Funds – to be discussed over the next upcoming meetings.
B. Review the current status of the use and occupancy permit application for 1383 – 1385 Friedensburg Road.
C. Update of the agreement proposal between Lower Alsace Township and the Antietam Valley Recreation and Community Center for providing snow plowing and trash collection services, as well as maintaining the American Flag at the community center.
D. Update on the status of the grant application to provide funding for the Antietam School District to remediate the streambank along Antietam Road at the high school.
E. Update on the status of the petition requesting that the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board substitute the Township’s noise ordinance for Section 493(34) of the Liquor Code.
F. Update on the status of the efforts of the Township road crew in assisting with grass cutting at Aulenbach Cemetery for Memorial Day activities.
